No Limit Records is the world's #1 Rap Label. It was founded by Percy Miller (Master P). He was born in New Orleans, Louisianna on March 9, 1971. He is the oldest of 5 sibling's. He grew up in the Calliope Apartments. At the age of 11, Percy's parents divorced. From age 15 on, he shuffled between his mother in Richmond, California and his grandmother in New Orleans, Louisianna. He attended catholic School in 7th & 8th grade while in Richmond, but transferred to Booker T. Washington High in New Orleans where he later graduated. After a brief carrer as a scholarship basketball player at the University of Houston, Percy moved back to Richmond and studied Business at Merrit Junior College in Oakland. In the late 90's he used $10,000 dollars that he got from a law suit to start No Limit Records.
